We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and successfully delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or an unboxing video
After verification, Nayn may offer a replacement at its sole discretion.
Refunds will not be issued in any case.
Exchange / Replacement Policy :- Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.
